Our service offering expands as Gasoteknik joins operations

Asennusliike Lahtinen has strengthened its maintenance business by buing Gasoteknik’s business on 1 January 2021.

With the transaction, Gasoteknik’s business will be transferred to Asennusliike Lahtinen. At the same time Esa Paakkanen, the owner of Gasoteknik, will become a shareholder of Asennusliike Lahtinen.

“Gasoteknik brings more expertise to our company in the distribution station environment, as well as in other solutions and services close to this. In addition, Gasoteknik`s geographical location creates a great opportunity to expand our offering holistically and very comprehensively. This business acquisition is a natural step in line with our strategy”, states Eero-Matti Lehtiniemi, CEO of Asennusliike Lahtinen.

“With Asennusliike Lahtinen, our customers are offered the opportunity to receive a more extensive service offering in a growing operating environment. The office in Mikkeli will remain and will complement Asennusliike Lahtinen’s other offices in Tampere and Nurmijärvi. The personnel and the professional level of the services will be retained and further strengthened”, says Esa Paakkanen.
